Charges and refunds.
The deployment billing status below controls whether a refund process applies.
Free pilots
If no charge was collected for your pilot, there is no payment to refund. Ending access does not create a credit.
Paid pilots
If the operator collected a charge, the applicable order form or pilot agreement governs cancellation and refunds. Contact the operator with the invoice reference; do not send payment-card data.
Provider charges
Charges from model, cloud, notification, or quantum providers are governed by those providers and are not automatically refunded by Pramagent.
